Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a solution focused approach to personal development and empowerment of people in finding their true potential and experience greater joy and fulfilment. It helps to uncover and eliminate destructive behavioural patterns as well as thinking patterns whilst focusing on positive solutions, in order to make lasting changes in all areas of life.
Facilitation
Facilitation is the process of enabling groups of people to work cooperatively and effectively together, interacting and guiding, especially where there are diverse backgrounds, interests and capabilities.
Counselling
Counselling, this is dealing with and overcoming problems that have arisen in a persons life as a result of past events or traumas. Bringing empathy, a listening ear and natural helping abilities to the situation, empowering the individual to cope with the circumstances.
Motivational Speaker
Motivational speaker this person will typically address groups of people at a single event and will aim to deliver a message that excites and inspires the group in the hope to bring about positive change for some of them.
